An iCalendar is, put bluntly, a digital online calendar feed.

Most calendar platforms have an option to add a calendar by link, and that is where iCalendar comes in. These links(usually with “.ics” at the end) subscribe you to a calendar feed, meaning the events will automatically add to your calendar.

There are many different options you can find online, such as public holidays, astrological events, seasons, and more.

Here are some examples:

• Moon Phase & Astronomy Calendar: Astological calendar.
• Space Calendar: Astological calendar.
• Super Calendar: Has different calendars to pick from.
• National Public Holidays
• iCal Sports Calendar Feeds: events for your favourite sports.

Some applications also let you create a iCalendar link of your own calendar, so that you can share it. For example, you could create one that has all the events your child has, and share it with your partner.

If your app of choice does not let you share the links, you could try a website like iCalCreate instead.
