Rush job update, 12/18/2025

Hello everyone, Sorry we've been off the grid lately and not really engaging. It wasn't on purpose. We've been super stressed about rent and bills, and haven't been able to get the money to pay them. On top of that, the mastodon instance we used to live on went down due to the server admin being unable to afford the payments. We're not mad at them. Money troubles happen, we're no stranger to those. Frustrated? Definitely, but not at them. They didn't just decide to take down the server. Anyway, that makes it pretty much impossible to get my content around... we're trying to build a new online network ... it's slow progress. On top of that, we're still having money troubles, and need to get cash together to pay the rest of our rent and bills. Rent itself is $370, or rather, the half of rent we weren't able to pay is $370. internet is $45, probably $60 now with the late fee. And a bunch of our other stuff that's on auto-pay took from my account so that's negative too. We are incredibly stressed. We have to at the very least get the rent paid or we could end up homeless. Other bills ... while the collectors annoy me, other bills can come later. The top priority is rent. Two people with autoimmune conditions can't survive in winter ... even if it is a Texas winter. We'll try to come back to you guys with something a bit more positive next time. We wanted to update those who read this little corner of the internet. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated. Our financial info is below, PayPal, Ko-Fi, and cashapp. If you have to use the ko-fi or want to put it on a monthly scale, go ahead, but if you are able to send directly to the paypal or cashapp, please, please do. Ko-Fi takes some of the money I get off the top as a fee for hosting the page or something. Anyway ... we'll possibly be back sometime soon. Possibly ... not. Depending on how things go.
