Indomie Goreng with Cilok cooked with thick egg sauce and rawon sauce

Step by step:

  1. Go to your cilok stall near your neighborhood, don't buy much (for reference, i order for 4K rupiah, with tomato ketchup and a little soy sauce)
  2. Microwave your Indomie and egg with water in microwave-safe plastic for 5 minutes and the temperature is medium, meanwhile you mix your cilok and its sauce with dry spices of Indomie goreng in a bowl and the wet spice put in the freezer (why? just do it!)
  3. Take out the Indomie and egg when its done, check the Indomie, when it become cook, just leave it
  4. Search into the internet: Is it safe to cook eggs in the microwave? (In fact it isn't, you must pierce the egg with toothpick first. I forgot then I'm afraid so I'm keep it safe the egg with cooling it with cold water, and try to break it, and its not cookingπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜…)
  5. Boil your egg with the cold water earlier with high gas fire in β€œfor boiling water pan”
  6. Because you afraid that egg will stick to your pan and it gets burnt (you must clean hardly), you reduce the gas become small, you must stir the water with chopsticks to prevent the burnt and the egg merges with the water.
  7. And then you don't want your so called β€œegg merges with the water” to be waste. So you initiate to make it to be thick sauce with adding some some cornstarch little by little and some mushroom brothwith still stir it with chopsticks until it become thick and boiling. And shut off the stove.
  8. Prepare your Indomie by draining the water that was there earlier, and add some rawon sauce in it (aprox. 5 broth spoon)
